Hana Hwy

The utility easement along Hana Hwy behind Lots 43 to 49 and along the detention basin is another of the common areas which the "landscapers" have always ignored. It was horribly overgrown from 1996 to 2012. Owners are just starting to clean it up now. Some have erected fences against the wall and removed the original chain link fence that delineated the easement. This was approved by the Board but it is questionable whether they had the authority to deprive the Association of this asset. The legal ramifications are being investigated.

On the Paia side along the rock wall, the haole koa and a large thorn tree need to be removed.
