The County's Drainage Dilemma with the Lae Place Residents

In the 1950s, the County accidentally constructed a drainage ditch on the Johnson property instead of on the Kalama property easement. Owners have been trying to get this corrected since the 1960s. "County officials always said that A&B will be developing land in the future and they will address the problem at that time." The County solved their longstanding problem by burdening the future residents of Kuau Bayview with multiple liabilities.
